Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including handling fees, customs duties, taxes, and any return or re-shipping charges caused by incorrect addresses or refused deliveries. Shipping begins once an order is confirmed, uses the method selected at checkout, and delivery times are only estimates. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier, and tracking information will be provided when available. Refund Policy

Trickett Hardware accepts most returns within 14 days as long as items are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received, though some products are non-returnable for safety or hygiene reasons. Customers must cover all return and replacement shipping costs, and refunds are issued only after the item is inspected, with original shipping charges being non-refundable. Exchanges and replacements also require the customer to pay all related shipping fees. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3–7 days with photos for review.
