Shipping Policy

1. Shipping

Charges Are Customer’s Responsibility
All shipping and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, regardless of the customer’s location. Whether you are located in the U.S. or abroad, placing an order means you agree to pay all shipping fees associated with that order.

2. Shipping Methods & Timing

  • We use the carrier(s) and service level(s) selected at checkout.
     

  • Shipping start time is counted from when the order is confirmed and payment processed, provided all necessary order details (such as shipping address) are correct.
     

  • Estimated shipping times are disclosed at checkout or in product-listing. These are estimates only; actual delivery may vary.
     

  • If you requested expedited shipping, you agree to pay any additional cost for that service.
     

3. Address, Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • The customer must provide a full and correct shipping address. If the shipping carrier returns the package because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and any re-shipping costs.
     

  • For international shipments: the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country. We do not collect those charges on your behalf unless otherwise stated; they are your responsibility.
     

  • We are not responsible for delays in customs clearance or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
     

4. Risk of Loss / Title
Once the package leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the customer, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We encourage customers to purchase shipping insurance if they wish.

5. Tracking & Notifications
We will provide a tracking number when available. Please monitor your shipment and contact the carrier directly for issues in transit. Should you experience a shipping delay or have other concerns, you may contact our customer service — but note the customer remains responsible for the shipping fees.

6. Non-Delivery / Returned Packages
If a shipment is refused, returned, or cannot be delivered due to customer error (wrong address, unanswered delivery attempt, etc.), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any subsequent re-shipping fees if you still want delivery.

7. Free Shipping Promotions
If we at any time offer a “free shipping” promotion, such terms will explicitly state any geographic, weight, or location limitations. In all other cases, the standard shipping policy applies and the customer will pay shipping.

8. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our site or placing an order after changes means you accept the modified policy.
