Refund Policy

At Trickett Hardware we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items purchased from us within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the item is:

Unused, in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it, and free of damage, wear, or alterations
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons — these will be clearly marked on the product page.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are 100% responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

You may choose any shipping carrier, but we strongly recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, original shipping charges are non-refundable, refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the return is not approved (e.g., item arrives damaged, used, or not in its original condition), the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges & Replacements

If you would like an item replaced due to defect, damage, or preference:

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs, including: Return shipping, replacement item shipping, any additional fees charged by the carrier, replacements are shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect: Contact us within 3 to 7 days of delivery, provide photos of the item and packaging for documentation.
 

We will review the issue and work with you to determine the best solution.
Note: Customers are still responsible for replacement shipping costs as stated in Section 4.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned (if applicable to your business): Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, clearance or final-sale items, and items marked "non-returnable" on the product page.
