Trickett Hardware accepts most returns within 14 days as long as items are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received, though some products are non-returnable for safety or hygiene reasons. Customers must cover all return and replacement shipping costs, and refunds are issued only after the item is inspected, with original shipping charges being non-refundable. Exchanges and replacements also require the customer to pay all related shipping fees. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3–7 days with photos for review.
