Customers must cover all return and replacement shipping costs, and refunds are issued only after the item is inspected, with original shipping charges being non-refundable. Exchanges and replacements also require the customer to pay all related shipping fees. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3–7 days with photos for review.
